14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

• Clothing and fashion accessories in original condition
• Hair extensions and wigs that are unaltered and in original packaging
• Makeup products that are unopened and unused

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used makeup and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
• Customised or personalised items
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at our contact page within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
3. We'll email you a prepaid return label (eligible orders only).
4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
